• Lead and manage sales teams

• Inspire team through management by example

• Evaluating overall team productivity

• Build strong connection with all related stakeholder

• Joint call with team and distribution check through supervisory visit.

• Manage operational and day-to-day sales activity in its areas

• Achieve the targets and objectives set by the company
